AIH Destination Management has been in business since 1988 providing high quality travel experiences for groups and individuals. Company President Joe Kinczel, a fluent Russian speaker, has traveled extensively and organized overseas tours for groups — both to and from America. His family and his firm are located in Colorado at 9,000 feet up in the Rockies one hour west of Denver.

Joe focuses on helping his travelers get beyond the superficialities that most tourists experience in foreign countries and experience the life of the country through the eyes of the local inhabitants. In over a decade of organizing travel, Joe has built up a deep level of trust and understanding with his American travelers as well as his associates in countries as widely divergent as Australia, England, India, Russia, China, and Brazil.

Since 1996 AIH Destination Management has organized Columbia University's International EMBA programs. AIH has also organized overseas trips to Europe, Asia and South America for Thunderbird's EMIM program, University of Pittsburgh's EMBA Program, Golden Gate University, University of Denver, University of Memphis, and many, many others.
