March 7

7:00 AM until 7:30 AM: Put luggage outside room door for porters

7:30 AM until 9:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel. The group will check out of the hotel.

9:00 AM: The guides and buses will be ready and available at the front of the hotel.

9:00 AM until 10:30 AM: Both buses will go to visit the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

10:30 AM until 12:30 PM: Tour around Shanghai according to the suggestions of A group representative and Patty Hsu.

12:30 PM until 1:30 PM: We will provide lunch for the group.

3:40 PM: They will catch a flight from Shanghai to Hong Kong MU 509 which leaves at 3:40 PM and gets into Hong Kong at 5:50 PM. A group representative will pay the departure tax for the entire group from funds that I will send her.

Hong Kong
7:00 PM: The group will be met at the airport in Hong Kong and taken to their hotel leaving the airport at 7:00 PM.

7:45 PM: Check in at the hotel.

8:30 until 10:45 PM: After checking in at their hotel we will provide dinner.

Summary: We provide three meals and buses from 9:00 AM until about 4:00 PM in Shanghai and one meal and buses from about 5:30 PM until the end of dinner in Hong Kong. We also provide sightseeing in Shanghai.

March 8

10:00 AM: The guides and buses will be ready and available at the front of the hotel.

10:30 AM until 12:30 PM: Harbor Cruise in Hong Kong.

12:30 PM until 2:00 PM: After the cruise we will provide the group with lunch.

2:30 PM until 5:00 PM: We will take the group on a sightseeing tour of Hong Kong.

5:30 PM: Back at hotel.

Summary: We provide one meal and buses from 10:00 AM until 5:30 PM. We will also provide the Harbor Cruise and sight seeing.

March 9

6:00 PM: The guides and buses will be ready and available at the front of the hotel.

6:30 PM until 9:00 PM: Dinner and reception provided by Mrs. Sophie Leung.

Summary: We provide buses from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

March 10

7:00 AM until 8:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

8:40 AM: The guides and buses will be ready and available at the front of the hotel. The group will walk to the Hong Kong Convention Center.

9:00 AM until 11:00 AM: The group will be meeting with Coopers and Lybrand at the Hong Kong Convention Center. Coopers and Lybrand is providing the room.

11:30 AM: Assemble in Lobby of Grand Hyatt for walk to lunch.

11:45 AM until 1:30 PM: The group will be hosting a lunch and reception at the New World Harbour View Hotel for San Miguel Brewery. A podium and microphone will be provided for a speaker from the brewery. There will also be an overhead projector and screen provided. There will be 2 guests from San Miguel at the luncheon. The luncheon will be western food.

1:45 PM : After the lunch San Miguel Brewery has agreed to bus the group at San Miguel's expense to the brewery and then back to the hotel.

5:00 PM: The group will be back at the hotel after the brewery tour.

7:00 PM until 9:00 PM: We will provide a Gala Farewell Dinner at The Marriot Hotel.

9:30 PM: Back at hotel.

Summary: We will provide three meals and busing from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM and also for the Gala Dinner at Marriot from 6:30 PM until 9:30 PM. We will also provide the reception room for the morning meetings and the San Miguel luncheon.

March 11

5:30 AM until 6:00 AM: Each traveler should put their luggage outside their room door for porters.

6:00 AM until 7:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

7:00 AM until 7:30 AM: The group will check out of the hotel and take all their luggage with them on the buses.

7:30 AM: Departure for the airport

7:30 AM: The guides and buses will be ready and available at the front of the hotel.

10:00 AM: The group leaves from Hong Kong Airport on UA 800 for JFK.

A group representative will pay the departure tax for the entire group from funds that I will send her.

Summary: We will provide breakfast and buses from 7:30 AM until 10:00 AM.

Please note that all meals except the reception on March 3rd, include only tea and water and that any other drinks must be paid for on the spot by the individual who orders them. There will also be provisions provided for 5 vegetarians.
