AIH Destination Management can provide your group with airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, buses, guides, sightseeing, and business meetings. We are flexible about providing all or some of those services. Our prices are very competitive.

We have excellent group operators with whom we have worked for many years in most countries throughout the world.

Prices:
There will be no hidden charges. All quoted prices are per person unless otherwise agreed upon. The price includes everything listed in an agreed upon schedule. The price may change if the number of travelers changes.

Airlines:
AIH Destination Management will choose among varied, appropriate, and established ARC airlines for all travel.

Hotels:
AIH Destination Management will choose among 3-, 4-, or 5-star hotels per your request. All hotels will be dependable, comfortable, and well maintained with all the expected modern conveniences. All hotels will have standardized rooms and amenities appropriate for business travelers. All hotels will be well-located.

Buses:
AIH Destination Management will provide buses in each city that will be able to seat at least 40 people per bus. Buses are typically scheduled for up to 100 miles per day and 8 hours per day.

Guides:
In all cities AIH Destination Management will provide one guide per bus and a local tour manager who will be available 24 hours-per-day to address any issues that may arise. All guides and tour managers will speak both the local language and English.

Meeting Rooms:
AIH can arrange for meeting rooms inside or outside of your hotel.

Meals:
AIH Destination Management can provide various forms of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as gala dinners.

Individual Traveler Requests:
We welcome individual traveler requests that deviate from the standard group itinerary. We will quote each traveler based on his/her specific needs.

Optional homestays:
AIH Destination Management can offer homestays with local families based on request and availability. Homestays are an exceptional way for to see how people in other countries actually live. Homestays include dinner, a night's lodging, and breakfast with an English speaking family. We place one traveler with one family, which will pick up and drop off the traveler at the hotel.

Sightseeing:
AIH Destination Management offers comprehensive sightseeing in all locales.

Business Meetings:
AIH can help you to make arrangements for business meetings in each city.
